Solstice at the Cathedral concert is annual Syracuse tradition. This concert offers you a moment to reflect on the the beauty of the season. Enjoy musical performances by some of Central New York’s most critically acclaimed performing artists coming together for four special performances. Featuring the music Joe Whiting, Matthew Vacanti, Loren Barrigar, Bob Halligan, Jr., Joe Davoli, Burt Mitchel, Jeff Stockham, Brian Scherer, Dave DeSiro, 5 to Life, Dan Pugh, Avery Head and Wayne Skinner.
“Solstice at the Cathedral” is a musical experience designed to celebrate the Winter Solstice – the return of light after the longest night of the year. This special concert featuring secular music from some of Central New York’s most critically acclaimed performing artists. Collaborations include a mix of pop, jazz, blues, Celtic, and original compositions in a spiritual setting. Creative lighting and a state of the art sound system will enhance the experience.
PARKING – ONLY $5
Parking is available in the garage on the corner of Fayette and Montgomery Street (across the street from St. Paul’s) for a special rate of $5 for attendees of Solstice at the Cathedral concert. Enter the garage on Fayette Street.
